I am so grateful to have found Megan as my trainer. I've always been athletic, knowing my body and how far I can really push it...or so I thought. Working with Megan one-on-one has taught me so much about what my body is truly capable of. She sees my capabilities before I believe them myself and regularly works me harder than I ever would have thought to on my own. And she's incredibly knowledgable about how to adapt form when my old injuries start acting up. I always look forward to training together and always feel so much gratitude afterward. I am currently being trained by Megan Kogucz and she is legit!!!
I have had 6 personal trainers before her. (My weight loss journey has been long and my love for tacos is strong) Megan has been the only one to encourage me beyond the gym. She'll push me hard on training days, but she'll give me homework to do on my off days. She has helped me overcome a lot of hurdles (mental and physical) and I've come out stronger. It is wonderful to have someone in your corner, believing in you, telling you that you can do that last rep, you can hold it for 5 more seconds. With Megan you get a full training session too. Like I've said, she's my 7th trainer, and a lot of them like to pad the time with signing you in and talking and yadda yadda yadda.... when you train with Megan you get straight to business (yeah talking is allowed, but you're working)The results are clear: my weight has gone down, I've dropped several sizes, I have more confidence and energy, posture is better and my craving for tacos has lessened. I now know how to properly punch, push-up, do a burpee and run. This is the place to go if you are ready to stop giving up. This is the place to feel strong. This is the place to get FIT Austin!
When I first met Megan 1 year ago, I was about 192 pounds at 5'4", drinking diet sodas instead of water, not exercising and my self confidence was at an all time low. Now I drink only water, I cook my own healthy food, and I look forward to exercising. Megan is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She is positive, encouraging, and every work out is fun. Megan pushes me each session and has made me not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger as well. I have started to value my self. I have lost weight (170) but more importantly, Megan taught me how to value my diet and my body to a degree I had never experienced and I have never had so much energy and an overall more positive mindset. I love Megan and I am blessed to have her in my life. I look forward to our training every time and I plan on continuing training with Megan until she no longer trains.
