I have never written a review before but I feel compelled to. I am not a gym person, have never worked out in my life and I love going to Jenn's classes. She is motivating and supportive. I look forward to them every week. I already see results and have people commenting on my biceps! Feeling stronger than ever thanks to Jenn!

I found this gym thanks to my best friend who invited me to join her for some "mom" workout classes. I went along because I was ready to start working out again after baby #2 and I am so glad I did. This gym and these classes have changed me in the best ways. Not only did I find a group of fun women, but I found myself pushing my limits, with the encouragement the best trainer ever Jenn, harder than I ever have. My results in 2 months are crazy, and I can't recommend this gym enough or give enough stars as they deserve. If you are on the fence, just try it. The group atmosphere and encouraging classes are absolutely worth it!
