The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, these values are important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, and fitness contexts.

A: YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU A TOWEL FOR YOUR FACE AND A WATER BOTTLE

Q: HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

A: CLASSES ARE 45 MINUTES INCLUDING A WARMUP (MOVEMENT PREP) AND A COOL DOWN (BREATH AND STRETCH) 

Q: DO I HAVE TO BE IN SHAPE TO JOIN?

A: NO, ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A CLASS?

A: 12-18 PEOPLE PER CLASS.
