About LateefWith over 20 Years of Professional Fitness Experience, Lateef believes in learning everyday in order to get better everyday. From early days of being a gym rat pumping iron to earning his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Lateef worked with hundreds of clients bringing hid academic experience as well as him personal experience in completing multiple marathons and half marathons and an Ironman 70.3. Using all of these experiences has provided him with great insight to the challenges clients have with their fitness. 200 hour certificating through Black Swan Yoga
About LaurenLauren has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 3. She received her 200 hour certificating through Black Swan Yoga and is currently working on her 500 hour certification through Yoga Yoga.
Lauren has been passionate about fitness and nutrition for most of her life, starting in middle school when she played basketball and performed on the school dance team. She started her yoga practice while she was working as a National Sales Manager at a natural supplement company. Yoga allowed her to de-stress from the end of her workday as well as break-up her long commute from work to home. Today, she still uses yoga to de-stress but also to help her body heal from her vigorous training which include weight training, TRX, circuit straining, HIIT, Pilates, and running.
Teaching yoga serves as a way to pass her passion on to others and help them achieve better flexibility, increase their athletic abilities, as well as enhance their life in a positive manner.
